Take part in Erwin Wagenhofer's masterclass at 11. PLANETE+ DOC FILM FESTIVAL
Austrian documentary filmmaker and screenwriter Erwin Wagenhofer, who also shoots commercials as well as art, science and tourism films, will be one of the guests at this year's edition of PLANETE+ DOC FILM FESTIVAL. Wagenhofer's documentaries have been watched by hundreds of thousands Eurpoeans. What is the reason for their success? What makes Wagenhofer's documentaries different from other films about the challenges our civilization is currently facing? In the course of the masterclass, hosted by Agnieszka Wiśniewska, activities coordinator of Kluby Krytyki Politycznej NGO, Wagenhofer will present his views on documentary filmmaking, philosophy and work methods. The Masterclass will be supplemented with screenings of fragments of his films. This year's festival will also feature a retrospective of Wagenhofer's films.
