Who is Noam Chomsky? According to “The New York Times”, he’s the most important living intellectual of our times. His person is the subject of an expressive, largely animated film which will be screened during the festival, directed by Michel Gondry (author of such films as “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”, “The Science of Sleep”). But what is Noam Chomsky like alive?

After the screening, a discussion with Noam Chomsky will take place – a video conference between Warsaw, Wroclaw and the West Coast of the USA. It will be moderated by professor of social psychology (William & Mary, SWPS Poznan) John B. Nezlek. The audience will be able to deliver him their questions to the scientist.

During the conversation, “Focus” monthly magazine will honor Noam Chomsky with their award, presented every year to the “greatest personality of PLANETE+ DOC FILM FESTIVAL”. The award will be presented by Łukasz Załuski, deputy chief editor of the magazine.
