Competitions: Doc Art Award

For the next time PLANETE+ DOC FF will give out the Doc Art Award and
1 000 euros. The winning film will be chosen by a jury consisting of: Anna Baumgart, Łukasz Mojsak, Paulina Reiter.

Jury

Anna Baumgart

Postconceptual artist, director and production designer. She exhibits, both in Poland and abroad, in: Brooklyn Museum of Art, NKB and Kunstwerke in Berlin, Museum on the Seam in Israel, Casino Luxembourg in Luxembourg, CCA in Moscow, Zachęta National Gallery of Art and Centre for Contemporary Art Zamek Ujazdowski in Warsaw. Her works are part of prestigious art collections, including: Hauser & Wirth, FRAC Poitou-Charentes, Zachęta National Gallery of Art, European Parliament Collection, Silesian Museum. Her film “Fresh Cherries” (2010) was shown on such video art and document festivals as: Videobrasil in São Paulo, Videonale in Bonn, T-Mobile Era New Horizons, Watch Docs and won the Audience Award for best wideo film at the Loop Festival in Barcelona.




Łukasz Mojsak

Graduated from the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the Warsaw University, student at the Institute of Art History at the Warsaw University. Works at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. Translator.





Paulina Reiter

Editor of and writer for “High Heels”, Gazeta Wyborcza’s weekly magazine. Author of the book “Sex on High Heels”.
