“The office agreed for me to stay due to human rights. Does it mean we need an office to declare that we are humans?” – complains an immigrant from Asia, one of the characters in “Nowhere Home”. Europe is a promised land for thousands of people, including many children, whom wars, poverty and persecution force to leave their homes every year. European countries try to protect themselves against the influx of immigrants, but many times it leads to breaking human rights. Examples of young migrants from Norway show, that behind cruel rules and administrative decisions, there are often dramatic stories of people – lonely, miserable, desperately seeking for a safe place.
